Xiana
(0) Zero Point Conduit
Xiana “(0) Zero” is a Mediumistic Artist & Shamanistic Songstress who blends Ancient chants and modern music to create a sound that uplifts the spirit and inspires the soul. She has trained in Greece and participated in workshops with The Grandmother of Performance Art: Marina Abramovic. While being a student at MAI, Xiana was challenged to push past her limits with long durational exercises that helped unlock the true essence of her artistry. Xiana facilitates monthly healing circles and workshops in LA, California and travels around the world learning sacred sounds, songs, & chants. All of her art is organic and unrehearsed so that a pure essence, sound, & expression flows through.
Xiana is an initiated Ifá & Osun Priestess in the Yoruba spiritual system Ifá and received her title in Lagos, Nigeria by Chief Solagbade Popoola. She has trained with priests and priestess in different parts of the world including Los Angeles, New Orleans, Brazil, and Nigeria. She has completed courses and holds certifications in Trauma Informed Care and Crisis Intervention and negotiation. As a spiritualist Xiana uses different forms of divination including Tarot, Oracle Cards, Xenomancy, Clairvoyance, and Mediumship. With these skills, she has empowered her clients by supporting them in removing unwanted energy from their energetic field, helped them discover their purpose & inner truth, and identified the areas in their lives that need to be addressed in order for them to reach their highest states of bliss.
Gladys Nyoth
The Matrix Designer
Born and raised in France from direct lineage of the Bassa Tribe of Cameroon, Gladys Nyoth has committed her life to re-invent the narrative of the Indigenous African Diaspora. At age 15, she leaves her family behind to start her journey as a bridge-building, leader in-training while focusing on her education in Physics and pursuing acting. In the midst of immigration hardship as a Dreamer (DACA recipient), Gladys Nyoth interrupts her education in Astrophysics to begin her mastery journey towards “existential authorship” as she finds a job under the leadership of Chef David Myers. Through his culinary vision and restaurant Hinoki and The Bird, Gladys Nyoth is inspired to create a new concept connecting her path to advocate for the African Diaspora:
In 2013, Mbombo is the first nomadic restaurant in LA, combining transformation, art, and culture as a way to unify the world via breaking bread. Through her pilgrimage in realizing her deeper calling, Gladys Nyoth is now dedicated to the narratives of all indigenous communities of the world. After years of creating experiential dinners, she is now working towards an indigenous experiential hub whose mission is to harmonize ancient and modern wisdom by creating a pathway through the Matrix…The Hut. As the vision evolves, her approach is now targeted around experiential design for humanitarian initiatives and organizations such as Black School, Mama Earth and Boa, as well as tribes like the Navajo Nation and other fellow indigenous leaders.

Preena Surya Chand grew up as a Indo-Fijian LA native with Hindu, Christian and Muslim influences that paved her unifying world view. She serves as a connector, a builder of bridges, who supports people who want to transition from a lifestyle of pain and suffering to a deep reverence of life and why they exist. Her mission is to bridge the gap between our mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional bodies so that we remember how to discern and work as a WHOLE human being. This requires commitment to accountability, releasing trauma responses, kindness and compassion for self and deep reverence for life and our planet.
Preena studies psychosomaspiritual integration techniques through formal education in spiritual and depth psychology, formal training and teaching in leadership and emotional intelligence and her experiences in releasing trauma and integrating safety and freedom. She combines her global education, experiences and wisdom to guide people to discern their inner authority, voice and power. She uses prana/chi techniques, archetypal symbolism, and art as a doorway to embody our truest desires. Most of Preena’s services are open for inquiry so that both her and her clients are clear with intentions and choose to work together from a place of integrity.

Trauma Body Stimulation & Trauma Bodywork
This is a type of Somatic bodywork where we incorporate massage, muscle stimulation, biofeedback, Chinese energy healing modalities, and laying of hands. Here we consciously work with your inner perceptions, subconscious mind, and body score. We combine bodywork with talk therapy to identify and work out trauma responses to decipher what is intuition and what is fear.

Group & Family Therapy Facilitation
Family & Group therapy is a type of psychological counseling (psychotherapy) that can help family members and community members improve communication and resolve conflicts.
Nuerofeedback Therapy
Neurofeedback is a type of biofeedback that helps you harmonize your brain waves, naturally without medications. During the neurofeedback sessions, your brain learns how to bring abnormally fast or slow waves into the normal range. You sit back and relax as we guide you through an experience while we monitor your brain waves. Our sessions will be charted and graphed so you can see the benefits and trigger points in the brain.

Zero Point UVLight Therapy
UVLight sessions use the ancient technology of ‘The Violet Ray’ and high-frequency apparatus light therapy. Channeling is a natural form of communication between humans and higher consciousness beings, nature spirits, non-physical entities, animals and pets. A channeler is very similar to a language translator or interpreter. They allow themselves to sense the non-verbal communication from another being and then translate it into human words.

Retreats, Rituals, Cultural Immersions & Medicine Ceremonies
Black Sun Academy creates a personal freedom container and holds space for the journeying of our participants. Some of the ceremonies we offer are Sonic Rituals, Sound Trances, Women’s Circles, Men’s Circles, Soulshops, Healing Circles, Rite of Passage Ceremonies, Meditations, Moon Rituals and weeklong or weekend Retreats. These offerings can be done with or without plant medicine. Black Sun Academy creates and provides spaces of healing through facilitating shamanic psilocybin ceremonies. At the conclusion of all ceremonies, rituals, and retreats participants receive an integration session which includes a one-on-one or group session to process their experiences.
Space Energy Healing
This can be done at a building, home, office, or any other structure that one feels like they want more clarity on what’s happening energetically in the space and if any energy needs to be moved, Xiana will come, read the space, clear its auric field, and smudge it.
